Our data protection practices comply with the 2010 Personal Data Protection Act and are supported by a robust cybersecurity framework designed to prevent breaches, misuse, and unauthorised third-party access.

All employees must comply with our Information Security Policy, which outlines our commitments to maintaining comprehensive protection and clear accountability for Genetec’s information assets and resources.

In FY2025, we also conducted IT and cybersecurity training as part of our Sustainability Day event.

We have also distributed IT and cybersecurity best practice materials – including phishing awareness, password security, and data protection guidelines – via company-wide email to all employees with computer access, ensuring 100% coverage of the relevant workforce.

There were no reported incidents of customer privacy breaches or data losses during the reporting year.
